How can I get in touch with you?
We are contactable by mail (info@benefieldspencerglass.com) or telephone (+44 7497 648213), but it's often hard to answer the phone with a blowing iron in your hands! But we try to answer all queries within 24 hours of when they are left.
How do I care for my glass?
Although our glass is durable and suited to everyday use, do not put in the dishwasher or the microwave. Avoid contact with boiling liquids or any extremely high temperatures. To clean, wash with warm, soapy water and towel dry.
Do you accept commissions?
This site has been set up to sell a particular line of products that have been designed especially for online sales. Commissioned works (or special requests or personalisation) cannot be undertaken through this shop.
I've seen other objects in product photography on this site that I don't see in your current collection. Are they available for purchase?
Our long-range plan is to develop a wide range of functional objects for the home that complement one another, but the roll-out will take place over a period of many months. We are constantly prototyping and assessing designs based on customer feedback and our own inspirations (often from needs around our own home). The next collection of filigrana objects is scheduled to be introduced in the late fall--some of which are seen on our home page banner--but stay tuned and subscribe to our mailing list for updates and the latest news.
